Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CertifyRep at certifyrep.com and related apps (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.

CertifyRep is a feed of Arizona wholesale real-estate deal information. It is meant to put in one place information of the kind wholesalers already send by email. Registration is free. Some features may later be paid (for example extra analysis on a listing). Groups may unlock extra tools for invited users; they are not a subscription plan.

CertifyRep is an information service. We are not a real-estate broker, dealer, or investment adviser. Listings are compiled from wholesale sources and may be incomplete, outdated, duplicated, or wrong. Nothing on the Service is an offer to sell property, a solicitation to buy, or a recommendation.

You are responsible for your own due diligence, including confirming availability, price, title, condition, and the legality of any transaction. Deals can disappear quickly. We do not guarantee that you can buy any property shown.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You may sign in with email or with Google (and later other providers). Tell us if you believe your account is compromised.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, appear abusive, or create risk to the Service or other users.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-export listings beyond ordinary interactive use.
• Bypass access controls or probe the Service for vulnerabilities except with our written permission.
• Misrepresent who you are.
• Use the Service for unlawful activity.
• Interfere with other users.
• Reverse engineer the Service except where that restriction is not allowed by law.
• Republish the feed as a competing product.

If you submit content (messages, interest flags, preferences), you grant us a license to use it to operate the Service. You keep ownership of your own content. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to share.

If you buy a paid item, the charge is typically one-shot for that item (for example enriching a listing), not a recurring subscription, unless we clearly say otherwise. Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Fees are generally non-refundable once the paid result is delivered, except where the law requires otherwise.

The Service, including its design, software, and compilation of listings, is owned by CertifyRep or its licensors. You may use it only as allowed by these Terms. Wholesale source materials remain the providers’ property.

Google Sign-In and other third-party logins are subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that listings are accurate or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CERTIFYREP AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DEALS, OR DATA LOSS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) TWENTY-FIVE US DOLLARS ($25). Some places do not allow these limits; in those places they apply only as far as the law allows.

You will indemnify and hold CertifyRep harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your transactions, or your violation of these Terms.

We may change or discontinue the Service. We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Provisions that should survive — including disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law — will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief anywhere.
