Privacy Policy

CertifyRep (“CertifyRep,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a free-to-register feed of Arizona wholesale real-estate deal information, available at certifyrep.com (the “Service”). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

If you choose Continue with Google, Google shares the information tied to the scopes we request: your Google account email address, name, and profile image (openid, email, and profile). We use that information only to create and authenticate your CertifyRep account and to show you as signed in.

• We do not sell Google user data.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising or to build advertising profiles.
• We do not access your Gmail, Drive, Contacts, or other Google products.
• We share Google user data with third parties only as needed to operate the Service (for example our authentication and hosting providers) or as required by law.

Google Sign-In is optional. You can register with email instead. You can revoke CertifyRep’s access at any time in your Google Account permissions.

Account. Email address; a password, which our authentication provider stores hashed (we do not see the plaintext); name and profile image if you sign in with Google or, later, Apple; a phone number if you use SMS sign-in or notifications; and preferences you set, such as saved filters, notification choices, and group memberships.

Use of the Service. Sign-in events, listings you view or act on, and basic device and browser information needed to keep the Service working and secure. We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in.

Payments. If you later buy a paid item (for example extra analysis on a listing), we keep a record of that purchase. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor, not stored on CertifyRep.

Messages. Anything you send us, plus transactional email we send you (password reset, security, and notifications you enable).

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Create and authenticate your account, including Google Sign-In.
• Remember filters and send notifications you turn on.
• Process payments if you buy something.
• Detect abuse, debug problems, and keep the Service secure.
• Comply with law.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it to run third-party advertising.

Vendors that process information for us, only to provide their services:

• Authentication and database (currently Supabase).
• Website hosting (currently Vercel).
• Email delivery (currently Amazon SES).
• Google, if you sign in with Google.
• Apple, Twilio, and Stripe, if and when those features are turned on.

If you take an action on a listing (for example marking interest), we may share that interest with the relevant source so they can follow up. We do not sell mailing lists or account data to marketers.

We may also disclose information if you ask us to, if the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the Service. We may share aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you.

We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to make the Service work. You can block cookies in your browser; the session cookie is required to stay signed in.

We keep account information while your account is open. If you ask us to delete it, we delete or de-identify personal information unless we must keep it for legal, security, or dispute reasons. Operational logs are kept only as long as needed for those purposes.

• Update account details in the Service as those screens exist.
• Reset your password from the sign-in page.
• Turn notifications off when that control is available.
• Request deletion of your account by emailing privacy@certifyrep.com.
• Disconnect Google Sign-In in your Google Account permissions and, if you still want CertifyRep, use email sign-in instead.

If a US state privacy law applies to you (including California), you may have rights to know, correct, or delete personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context advertising. Email privacy@certifyrep.com to exercise a right. We will not discriminate against you for doing so.

The Service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.

We use standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

The Service is operated from the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, your information is processed in the United States.

We may update this policy. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. For material changes, we will also note them in the Service or email you when we have an address.
