Delete your CertifyRep account

This page is for CertifyRep, the wholesale property-deal app on Google Play and at certifyrep.com. Use it to delete your account and the personal data we keep for it.
How to delete (signed in)
- Open CertifyRep and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
Deletion is immediate. You can create a new account later with the same email.
If you cannot sign in
Email privacy@certifyrep.com from the address on the account. Ask us to delete the CertifyRep account. We will confirm when it is done.
What we delete
- Your login (email, hashed password, Google or Apple sign-in link).
- Name and profile image we stored from Google or Apple, if any.
- Saved strategies and notification preferences on the account.
- Group memberships tied to the account.
- Records of listings you contacted.
What we may keep
- Records we must keep for legal, security, or dispute reasons (for example a short log that a deletion request was processed).
- Operational logs, only as long as needed for those purposes, then they are deleted or de-identified.
- Wholesale listing data itself. Listings are not your personal account data; they stay in the public feed.
We do not offer partial deletion
There is no “delete some data, keep the account” control. To remove personal data, delete the account. Privacy details: Privacy Policy.
